Travelodge by Wyndham Drumheller

Firstly, we almost changed our reservation as we were almost deterred by the negative reviews on here… glad we stuck with our original plans, in my opinion the negative reviews are exaggerated and not warranted. Room was clean and well appointed, including the jacuzzi tub, we ran it clear first to check for any debris in the jets and it was perfectly clean. Furniture and paint/fixtures definitely older and could use an upgrade, but it is a budget brand of hotel at the end of the day, everything worked well and served its purpose. Few small interactions with the staff, but all were positive and friendly from the front desk staff who checked us in, as well as the housekeeping. Location is ideal, about a 10 minute walk to the Worlds Largest Dinosaur, probably would be less if there wasn’t construction happening on the bridge, few more minutes to “downtown” (side note, Drumheller is definitely not the destination if you’re looking for night life, lol). Overall we had a nice stay at the Travelodge, would definitely stay again.

Super convenient location. We had the river view so we could see the dinosaur. Great for the kiddos. The room was nice and clean. Will definitely stay here next time we bring the family in.

Amazing experience staying at this little gem. Clean room, clean bathroom, clean towels, nice toiletries. Even gave us a cloth to clean our shoes or use as needed. Breakfast was really nice. Small area but grab your food and go. Pancakes, cereal, juice, tea, hot chocolate, coffee, fruits. The staff was friendly. Don’t have 5 star hotel expectations a at a 2 star hotel. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it. It was perfect for doing what we needed… relax and sleep.

Decent room, friendly staff, nice shower amenities with dove products, no conditioner. Great location close to various tourist attractions and dinosaurs nearby. Breakfast could be better only comes with pancakes and muffins yogurt, cereal, and beverages.

The motel was clean and the staff friendly. The bedding was clean but old. Breakfast was good but there was no dining area. It was a good deal for the money.

This motel serves its purpose for a quick stay in Drumheller. Reasonable price. Nice breakfast included. Staff were professional. Room was clean. Walls are quite thin so you can hear entire conversations in next rooms. But I would stay here again for the value.

It's a travel lodge so your expectations should be adjusted for a Travelodge motel. The staff were friendly and there was a nice little breakfast to go in the morning. The rooms are warm and tidy. Not the nicest room in the world but that's to be expected. Ample parking space with plug ins for heaters is a nice touch. Pet friendly also.

We were very happy with our stay! The staff made us feel very welcome. They were friendly, quick, and gave lots of tips for exploring the area. The location is super convenient, right behind the big dinosaur and just a few minutes from the Royal Tyrrell Museum. The area seems very peaceful and safe! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed! The value here is hard to beat, especially in this location. Definitely will be coming back if we visit again.
